HERE WE HAVE:
A vintage, unmarked medicine cabinet! This is a large piece! It was removed from a now-closed orthodontist's office in Akron, OH. We're guessing it's from c1960s, but not certain since we don't know the brand. The front is made up of two large mirrors that each slide to open up to the recessed storage. Silver tone handles on the mirrors. Four glass shelves (included) mount inside for storage!
Beneath the large storage section, there's a narrower storage area with metal sliders at the top and bottom.. I'm not sure what this was intended for? Perhaps medicine bottles?
CONDITION:
Acceptable, salvaged condition, does need a little TLC! As noted, this was used in a commercial setting and shows age.
The inside of the cabinet has been taped along the bottom, presumably to cover rusting or damage, we didn't remove the tape and don't know what's under it for sure! There's light surface scratches, discoloration spots, and clouding to the metal hardware all around from age and use. The mirror has a dark, water damaged (?) spot in the lower left corner and there are some scratches and clouded spots scattered throughout the rest of the mirror. The glass, interior shelves have chipped spots around the edges from bumping against the metal, doesn't affect usability!

MEASUREMENTS:
The mirror front measures approximately 31 1/2" wide (~32 5/8" including the handles) and 30" tall. The recessed back measures about 28" wide and 19" tall.
