    1) All Injectors are disassembled of rebuildable parts and filters.
    2) Injectors go through a 3 stage heated immersion ultrasonic bathing system for complete external and internal cleaning which includes our proprietary Armada backflush technology.
    3) Dynamic and static testing performed on ASNU digital testing bench.  Unlike other testing equipment our ASNU bench is designed to replicate real driving conditions as well as multiple cycles of high load testing to make sure all injectors are running "AS NEW"
    4) Pressure testing up to 100psi ensures injectors do not leak down.
    5) Injectors are sorted into flow matched sets for uniform gasoline distribution.
    6) Injectors are put together with all new components and orings, ready for shipping direct to your door.

    After the initial return period has ended each buyer is protected by our limited warranty on our fuel injectors.  HP Fuel Injection will stand behind the functionality of the injectors which we are proud to offer you.  We will replace any fuel injector that is malfunctioning, failing, defective, or working other than as it should.  Warranty will cover the part replacement only.  No labor, additional charges, damages, fees, costs, etc are included in this warranty.
