    Description

    Serbia: This is a valuable offering of CLEAN material. No tape marks, and no significant faults. More than 50 different pieces, including postcards, postcards with attached reply cards, various denominations, and different paper shades. A great opportunity to obtain a great variety and significant portion of classic Serbian postal stationery, all of it clean and fresh, and all mint (no used items).     All items are freely returnable and fully refundable within 14 days (Buyer pays return shipping charges).
    For items that sell for more than 0 (exclusive of shipping charges) and that do not already have a certificate, if, within 30 days of shipment, the item is expertized by a recognized expertizing service AND the Seller is notified of the submission, and the item is found to not be as represented (either it is not genuine, or has been altered in some way not represented at the time of sale (e.g. regummed, reperfed, erased cancel)), then a full refund will be given and the expert certificate purchased for its cost, at the Buyer’s election.  Grading is EXCLUDED from this guarantee.
    Shipping will be made by method and for the cost shown in the listing (typically by USPS First Class Mail or USPS International First Class Mail) with the following exceptions: Buy it Now items that sell for more than 0 will be shipped within the United States with tracking and insurance for a shipping charge of .45. Buy it Now items that sell for more than 0 will be shipped internationally by USPS Priority International Mail (or a private shipping courier service of the Seller’s choice) for a shipping fee of .95.  Any Buyer wishing to make alternative shipping arrangements should contact the Seller to discuss arrangements.
