Who is it for?
It is designed for healthy adults who wish to reduce the volume and frequency of their snoring.
It is not suitable for children, for epilepsy sufferers, anyone with tooth or gum problems or for those with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA), except under the supervision of a dentist or doctor. Sufferers of OSA repeatedly stop breathing for short periods of time while sleeping.
This device is not always effective in treating OSA, so it is important to seek guidance from a doctor if you suspect you may have OSA
How do you use it?
Step 1: Insert the blue handle into the tray breath hole, then place tray into container
Step 2: Bring water to a boil. Wait for the water to stop boiling and pour hot water into the bowl. The bowl should be at least 4" deep to ensure the tray is fully submerged. Water should be about 70-80 degree C. That is equal to 158-176 degree F.
Step 3: Keep tray in the water for about 15-20 seconds, and then take it out using the insert blue handle.
Step 4: Gently shake off the excess water and insert mouth tray into your mouth. Adjust the tray to a comfortable position and then bite on. Start quickly molding the tray with your fingers around the front and sides making a good impression of your teeth and gums.
Step 5: Remove the tray once you feel you?ve made a good mold of your teeth and gums.
Step 6: Place shaped tray into cool water to fix your Anti-Snore tray, and take out the insert handle.
Step 7: Place the Impressive 2-in-1 Anti-Snore Tray in your mouth and adjust to a comfortable position
Step 8: Do not clench teeth hard on the Impressive 2-in-1 Anti-Snore Tray
Step 9: Do not cover the Impressive 2-in-1 Anti-Snore Tray with your lips. Your mouth will naturally stay slightly open with the mouthpiece in
Step 10: Do not put your tongue against the holes on the Impressive 2-in-1 Anti-Snore Tray
Step 11: Clean Impressive 2-in-1 Anti-Snore Tray thoroughly with warm water after each use and dry
Step 12: Store the Impressive 2-in-1 Anti-Snore Tray in the protective case to keep it safe, in its shape and sanitary until next use
The anti-snore tray is made of food grade EVA material, which could be mold and re-mold if necessary. So, if you are not completely satisfied with the tray you?ve molded you can repeat the above procedure and make needed adjustments.

(1).We stand behind our items and offer 60 days warranty. All items are in  brand new condition unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the description.
(2).All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized. Please  contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the  item back.If an item is returned because of an undeliverable shipping  address, buyer agrees to pay the cost for re-shipment.
(3).Please note that If the return/replacement is not a result of our mistake  (not defective or wrong item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping,  as well as a 20 percent restocking fee.
