    1999 p Lincoln penny with white powder firm coatng.   .  Its a rare coin and a Lincoln Memorial coin. It has close A M almost touching in the word AMERICA on the reverse of the coin. The colour of the coin on obverse is red copper and silver shinning through white powdery coating, and on reverse of the coin there is red copper and rainbow colors shinning through white powdery coating from the mint. It also has a dark brown circle around the coin which shows it is also has double strike.
